Refund policy

5 year warranty

Within 5 years of you receiving your order, if anything goes wrong with your product, we will cover it. We're immensely proud of our sustainable cardboard furniture, but we understand that some people may be a little anxious about the durability - no need to worry!

If your product collapses or breaks, we'll send you a new one (this has never happened, so we're not concerned!).

If your product arrives damaged in shipping (this can happen very rarely), we will either replace the damaged piece, or send you a whole new product. Whatever it takes to get it right.

 

We will do everything we can to get you sleeping soundly and sustainably. That is our mission!
